Shipping & Delivery Policy

Since Akdron Consultancy only offers digital services and virtual deliverables, there are no physical products, and therefore, traditional shipping and delivery policies do not apply.
1. Delivery of Services
All services such as websites, digital marketing assets, reports, and consultation sessions are delivered digitally via email, cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive), or project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana).
Delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon during the onboarding process and will vary based on the scope of the project.
2. Access to Digital Products
In the case of downloadable digital assets (e.g., design templates, documents, or toolkits), access will be provided via secure download links upon successful payment.
These links may be time-limited or protected with access credentials to ensure security and licensing compliance.
3. Failed Deliveries
If you do not receive a deliverable or encounter access issues, please contact us immediately at support@akdron.com with your order or project reference ID, and we’ll resolve the issue within 24–48 hours.
4. No Physical Shipping
As a digital consultancy, Akdron Consultancy does not ship physical goods. If you receive any communication suggesting otherwise, please report it to us at support@akdron.com.
