A fixed price is only honest when we know your workflows and systems. The audit gives us that, and gives you a roadmap you can use even if you build elsewhere.

What happens to the audit fee?

If you go ahead with a build, the full audit fee is credited against it.

Can we skip straight to a build?

Yes, for well-defined work such as a website or a single WhatsApp assistant. Send us the details through the quote form and we will quote directly.

Are build prices fixed?

Yes. Each build is quoted as a fixed price for an agreed scope and timeline. If you want to add something mid-way, we quote the change separately before doing it.

What are AI running costs?

AI models, WhatsApp messages and voice minutes have usage costs paid to the providers from your own accounts. We estimate them during scoping and design systems to keep them predictable.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We work with clients in the UAE, UK, US, Australia and elsewhere, and quote in USD for international projects.
